The spherical universal ball is an industrial transmission component capable of achieving multi-directional flexible rotation.£¬ also called ball transfer unit. Core structure and working principle
Basic composition
Consisting of a housing, balls (spheres), and a fixed seat, some high-load products also contain multiple sets of small balls or rollers inside, achieving multi-directional movement through rolling friction.
Motion mechanism
When external force is applied, the ball rolls in any direction within the housing, allowing the load-bearing object to slide freely in a horizontal plane through 360 degrees. This converts "sliding friction" into "rolling friction", significantly reducing the starting resistance.

The shell is commonly made of carbon steel galvanized, stainless steel, or reinforced nylon
Ball bearings are mostly made of bearing steel, carbon steel, or plastic steel to ensure high strength and wear resistance
