1. Bearing chrome
steel polished bar or rod Core material: Primarily
GCr15 (American Standard 52100), a high-carbon
chromium bearing steel. Surface condition: After
cold drawing, polishing,
or buffing, the surface finish is high (Ra ≤
0.35μm), and the dimensional accuracy reaches H6-H8
level. Performance characteristics: High hardness
(HRC 60±2), excellent wear resistance and contact
fatigue strength, good hardenability, and strong
dimensional stability. Typical applications: Balls,
rollers, and rings of rolling bearings, precision
measuring tools, machine tool lead screws, precision
components of diesel engines, linear motion
components in automation equipment (such as linear
optical axes)
2. Stainless steel round rod or bar Core material:
including 304, 316L, 440C, 9Cr18Mo, etc. It is
divided into bright bar, black bar, ground bar, etc.
according to surface treatment. Surface condition:
made through cold drawing, fine grinding or
polishing, with high surface gloss, achieving a
mirror-like effect. Performance characteristics:
strong corrosion resistance (especially 316L
resistant to chloride attack), some grades possess
high hardness (such as 440C with 1.0% carbon,
suitable for cutting tools), can be used in
environments ranging from -196℃ to 800℃. Typical
applications: medical equipment, food machinery,
chemical equipment, decorative parts, architectural
railings, automotive components, corrosion-resistant
bearings in special environments (such as 440C,
9Cr18Mo). Specification range: Ф1mm–Ф600mm,
non-standard customization supported.
